Omidi Commits to Kentucky

The Fieldhouse Pirates are proud to announce that infielder, Robert Omidi (Mississauga, Ontario) has commitment to The University of Kentucky (NCAA D1) in Lexington, Kentucky.

Omidi has been a member of the Pirates for 3 years, he’s expected to man the hot corner and occupy the top of the lineup for our 17U Pirates this upcoming season.

The University of Kentucky Wildcats baseball team plays in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and plays their home games at Kentucky Proud Park. The team's head coach is Nick Mingione, and the assistant coaches are Dan Roszel, Austin Cousino, and Nick Ammirati.

Achievements: SEC Eastern Division co-champions, SEC regular season co-champions, Lexington Regional champions, Lexington Super Regional champions, College World Series participants
